6 folk-geek rock/metal ceilidh arrangements from Sheffield’s premier nerdy/heavy ceilidh band, Powerhouse.
These arrangements have been part of our live repertoire for years and we felt it was time to record them for posterity. They were captured live in order to retain the dynamic of our performances and mixed by Alan Smith at 2FlyStudios (Arctic Monkeys, 65daysofstatic) then mastered by James Plotkin (Conan, Electric Wizard, Sunn) for maximum heaviness.
